When I was creating the poetry film it felt a lot like writing poetry only in a visual form. I also recorded bird songs. Composer and pianist Panos Gklistis added the piano track. In the film you’ll see glimpses of images from Rush of Wingspan, cameos of both Panos and I, plus a taste of our forthcoming Poetry in Concert on June 14th at 14.00.
My publisher is also working on a European book tour and three bookstores in three different countries have already said they wish to host a launch for Rush of Wingspan. We’re working on sorting out the various dates so hopefully more news soon!
