Thank you to all of you for your ongoing support and encouragement.
Northern Childhood, a cycle of ten poems, was a finalist for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) Poetry Prize and was published at CBC Books. The shortlist consisted of five chosen works from 2700 entries.
“Dawning of Dusk” was commissioned by the Greek composer Panos Gklistis: for soprano, clarinet, and piano. The three love songs were premiered by the Bosklank trio in February in Gouda, Netherlands.
“Ancestors,” “Floats,” and “Enter” were published in Periodicities.
“Zoo” received an Arc Award of Awesomeness honourable mention.
“Sculpture” was published in Poetry Pause by the League of Canadian Poets.
“Bloom” and “At Play” were accepted for publication by The New Quarterly and are forthcoming in the Winter 2025 issue.
In August I completed my new poetry manuscript. All the above mentioned poems will be part of my new book.
Plus music-theater based on my text will premiere in 2025 in Athens.
Wishing all of you all the best for 2025!
May your New Year be filled with love, joy, and creativity!
