I was commissioned to write the lyrics for a cycle of three songs. The premiere by the Bosklank trio was on February 17th in the Sint Jan Kerk in Gouda, the Netherlands.

The Bosklank trio consists of Portuguese soprano Sara Moreira Marques, Dutch clarinettist Daphne Caffa, and Greek pianist Panos Gklistis. Panos is a talented composer and he wrote the songs based on my lyrics.
The church is a historical monument, and hosts concerts including classical, contemporary and new secular music.
What an exciting project! I wish I could be there to hear the concert. I love how you were able to transform the flowers to fit the purpose. It is also what a good gardener would do!
